Dashboard Showcase

See the panels your grid runs on.

The ApexQuant dashboard as it looks when a grid is running: the grid card, Explain, Recent Trades, Holdings, Health and Telegram.

This page shows a Grid account as the example. A Smart DCA or Directional account uses the same dashboard: the same Live tab with your equity and today's result, Open Positions, Recent Trades with a plain reason on every buy and sell, Holdings, the health panels and Telegram alerts. Only the strategy card on the Live tab changes: Grid shows the grid card, Smart DCA shows its Fear Score card, and Directional shows the Trade Gate Audit card. TradingView is coming soon.

Live tab
Your account at a glance
The Live tab opens with one plain sentence about your bot, then your account equity, today's result and how close you are to the daily loss limit. It refreshes on its own; nothing to configure.
  • A sentence you can read in two seconds: what is running, what you hold, how today is going
  • Account equity split into cash and assets, with what is free and what is reserved in open orders
  • Today's profit after fees, with trades, win rate and fees
  • A daily drawdown gauge against your halt limit

Your grid bot's running on BTC, holding 1 open position — BTC (+0.50 USDT) and you're in the green +3.10 USDT today across 3 closed trades.

Grid
The grid card: every order, every level
A grid buys a little lower and sells a little higher, again and again inside a range you choose. The card shows where the price sits in the range, what the grid earned, and every order it has resting on Binance, named by level (L0 is the lowest) with the level its sell waits on.
  • Range bar with the live price, and a plain “In range — cycling” badge
  • Realised profit after fees, fees, unrealised result, fills, inventory and capital
  • Each order as Buy … → sell … (L5), so you see the profit target before the buy fills
  • “Next moves”: what the grid does if the price drops or rises
  • Pause, Drain, Recenter, Extend and Stop buttons, each with a plain tooltip

Explain
Ask the grid to explain itself
Press Explain on the card and the bot tells you, in plain sentences, what this grid is doing and why: the range, what it holds, which sell is waiting, which buys are waiting. It states facts from your own records and gives no advice.
  • Opens in a pop-up from the grid card; the same answer comes with /explain BTC in Telegram
  • Levels are named the way the card names them, for example L5 (83,000.00 USDT)
  • Every tier gets the plain list of facts; Elite adds AI-written wording on top of the same facts

Recent Trades
A plain reason for every buy and sell
Every fill is logged with its price, quantity, total and the result after fees. The reason column says what happened in plain words, and a real Binance order number comes first, so you can match any row to your exchange history.
  • Profit or loss after fees on every sell; buys show no result until they sell
  • A plain reason for every buy and sell, for example “Grid bottom buy (level 4)” and “Grid spread exit (level 5)”
  • The Binance order number in front of each grid fill
  • Filters, pages of 20, and a symbol selector

Holdings
Exactly what you hold, in one sentence and four cards
The Holdings tab starts with a plain sentence about your wallet, then splits it into total, bot equity, cash and trading value. The coins the bot trades are listed with their value and what they cost.
  • Your spot wallet, in the currency you trade, in one sentence
  • Free cash and cash reserved in open buy orders, shown separately
  • Each coin with quantity, current value and cost
  • Coins the bot does not manage are shown apart and never touched

Health
Know it is working, or exactly what is not
The API Health card checks Binance and every service the bot uses; System Health checks the bot itself. Each line says in words what it checked and how long ago.
  • One line when all is well: “All API systems operational”
  • Required services are separated from optional ones
  • Refresh all re-checks every service at once
  • System Health lists what ran, when, and what the bot found

Smart Grid
Never stops trading at the edge of your range
When price runs past your grid's boundary, Smart Grid extends it instead of sitting idle: up to keep selling into a rally, down to keep buying a dip from the grid's own budget. The Recenter and Extend buttons are there when you want control.
  • Extend Up adds sell levels above the range: no cost, nothing is sold
  • Extend Down adds buys below the range using only this grid's own unused budget
  • Recenter rebuilds the range around the current price and carries your coins over
  • A clear message when the price has left the range, and what happens next
ApexQuant — Grid controls
Grid · BTCUSDT
⬆️ Extend Up⬇️ Extend Down🎯 Recenter📉 Drain to Base
Extend Up: add new price levels above the range as future sell targets. No cost, no orders placed — nothing is sold.
Extend Down: add new buy orders below the range using only this grid's own unused budget — never fresh funds. Sells nothing.
Recenter: rebuild the grid range around the CURRENT price. Cancels and replaces open orders. Does not sell your holdings — any coins you hold get carried over and a new sell target where possible.
When the price leaves the range
⚠️ Price has left the grid range (78,000.0000 USDT–87,000.0000 USDT) — the grid isn't cycling. Above range — the grid will recenter automatically on a sustained move, or resume when price returns. No action needed.
Telegram
Every fill and every alert, in plain words
Grid fills arrive as one short sentence. A daily report closes the day. Safety alerts say what happened and what, if anything, you need to do.
  • Each grid buy and sell as a single sentence with price and profit
  • A daily report with the day's result after fees and the month to date
  • The kill switch tells you why it stopped trading and when it resumes
  • A Binance outage is announced once, and so is its end

One licence, one strategy
Pick the strategy that suits you
Each licence runs one strategy: Grid (shown above), Smart DCA or Directional, with Funding Harvest as an option on Pro and Elite. A TradingView webhook strategy is coming soon. Smart DCA scales each buy by a Fear Score built from five weighted signals: Fear & Greed 35% · FRED Macro 25% · News Sentiment 20% · Regime 10% · FOMC 10%. The Macro tab shows the FRED macro data behind it. Everything else on this page works the same on every strategy: the Live tab, Recent Trades with its plain reasons, Holdings, the health panels and the Telegram alerts (the kill switch and Binance alerts are identical; a buy or sell alert shows the price, quantity, result on a sell, and the reason). What changes is the strategy card: Grid has the grid card shown above, Smart DCA has the Fear Score card, and Directional has the Trade Gate Audit card. Every setting is in the Bot Config tab. Which strategies each plan includes is on the pricing page.
📸 Screenshots are illustrative mockups only — actual UI may vary † All PnL figures shown are realised PnL after fees — Binance buy-side and sell-side trading fees are deducted. Unrealised (open position) PnL is shown separately.
