🔐 Your keys never leave your VPS

We never see your Binance keys, Telegram token, or any credential. You enter them yourself in the guided setup wizard (apexquant --setup-gui) while we guide you on a call — they are written straight to your VPS and never transit our servers.

✗ DNS / Cloudflare configuration — you set the A-record (and any Cloudflare settings) in your own registrar / Cloudflare portal; the installer then configures nginx + SSL on your server. We do not need or request access to your DNS or Cloudflare account.
✗ Local or self-hosted LLM setup — cloud AI providers only.

What you'll need to prepare

Sign up for these before your deployment slot so we can finish in one session. We'll guide you through each one during onboarding if needed.

🔴 Required — bot cannot trade without these

Ubuntu 24.04 LTS VPS — Fresh server, root SSH access, 2 vCPU + 2 GB RAM (a standard SSD is fine — NVMe isn't needed). Vultr / DigitalOcean / Linode all work great. You keep full control — we never need your root password or any credential.
Binance Sub-Account (strongly recommended over master account) with API key + secret — you create this yourself. Spot trading enabled, withdrawals DISABLED, IP whitelist set to your VPS IP. Create API keys here. You enter them yourself in the setup wizard on a call — we never see or touch your keys. A sub-account isolates the bot from your main holdings.

🟢 Recommended — bot runs without them, but with reduced features

Domain name — Any registrar (Namecheap / Cloudflare / GoDaddy). Set an A record pointing to your VPS. The setup wizard configures nginx + free Let's Encrypt SSL. Without a domain, your dashboard works at https://VPS_IP:5005 with a browser security warning.
FRED API key — Free from St. Louis Fed (instant signup). Powers the macro filter (FOMC calendar + 10-year yield). Without it, the macro gate is bypassed.
Cloudflare account (optional) — For Turnstile CAPTCHA on dashboard login. Free tier is fine. Skip if your VPS is already behind a VPN.
Telegram bot — Create one via @BotFather (free, 2 min), and get your chat ID from @userinfobot. Recommended — enables trade alerts and manual buy/sell from your phone. Add anytime via apexquant --config-gui.

🟡 Optional — only if using specific features

Binance Futures access — Only if you want Funding Rate Harvest (Pro & Elite). Binance only allows Futures on an API key when its conditions are met (an account opened first, a key created after that, the server's IP, no portfolio margin): see the FAQ answer →. Enter the keys in the setup wizard or via apexquant --config-gui.
TradingView Pro subscription ($14.95+/mo, billed by TradingView) — Only if you want the TradingView Webhook strategy (coming soon, not available yet).
AI provider API key — Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, or MiMo (Elite also: custom). Only if you want AI Commentary — Pro (Anthropic) or Elite (all providers + custom). BYO key, ~$1–5/month typical. You add via apexquant --config-gui after setup.

🔵 ApexQuant license — optional at deployment

If you have your ApexQuant license key (format AQP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), great — we'll activate it during deployment. If not, no problem — the bot installs in 30-day trial mode (paper/testnet only). When you decide to go live, purchase from pricing and enter it in the setup wizard or via apexquant --config-gui.
